- Activities/Safaris are governed by Government agencies and Cicada does not guarantee the same.
- Booking for Activities/Safaris are subject to availability and have to be made at the resort on arrival and the charges will have to be settled at the resort.
- If under exceptional circumstances if the payment is made in advance for Activities/Safaris then the same shall be adjusted for a specific Activity/Safari for the specified date and time.
Cicada will not adjust or refund such amounts in the event of non utilisation of the Activity/Safari by the guest for what so ever reason.

Limited seats available for safaris (as per government orders). Guests will be taken on safaris on first-come-first-serve basis |

Minimum age requirement for participating in wildlife safaris by boat/jeep is 24 months |

All guests must adhere to the
“Code of conduct” during the safaris |

All guests must sign the Liability Waiver Declaration Undertaking available at the resort before participating in any of the resort activities |

A 10-minute elephant joy ride is available as an add-on to morning safaris. The same is not available on a stand-alone basis or during evening safaris. This is subject to availability of forest department elephants |

For activities in the river, all guests, including children, must wear life jackets (provided free of cost at the Resort) irrespective of their proficiency in swimming. Guests will not be allowed to participate in these activities without life jackets |
