01	Accommodation is on a twin-sharing basis except for 'single occupancy'

03	Room plans start with lunch on check-in day and end with breakfast on checkout day

04	Food, served buffet style, includes lunch, dinner and breakfast;

05	Extra meals / Refreshments (outside the room plan) can be availed at an additional cost. If meals are required, the Resort Manager will have to be informed well in advance

06	A maximum of two non-chargeable children (below 6 years) can be accommodated with adults per room. Children between 6-12 years will be charged applicable rates

07	Facilities at the Resort include a swimming pool, gym, bar, restaurant, a conference hall, therapy/ massage centre, library & a gift shop. All rooms are air-conditioned

08	The Villa comprises of a living area with a mini-bar, one bedroom with attached bath and an outdoor Jacuzzi facing the river

09	No alcoholic beverages brought by the guests can be consumed in public areas
_______________________________________

	10	Domestic help will be charged INR 750 + taxes. Mattress will be provided for them in the same room as the guests. Packed meals will be sent to the room for them. They can accompany children at the restaurant to help them with their meals and are requested to always present themselves suitably groomed within the resort premises, especially in the dining area

	11	Accompanying drivers can avail of our dormitory facilities at INR 150 per driver per night inclusive of limited meals and taxes

	12	Pets are not allowed in the Resort

	13	Rates mentioned here are exclusive of all taxes. Rates are subject to change without prior notice. Conditions apply

	14	Guides or tour operators accompanying groups can stay at an extra cost. This includes accommodation in Executive Staff Room and all meals at the restaurant

	15	Helicopter for transport can be arranged through third party operators at extra cost between Bangalore-Kabini-Bangalore. This is subject to availability of the helicopter and subject to Government Regulations
